Hold Mouseclick = Continuous Movement

Make the character mouse movement like it is in Diablo where you can point your mouse cursor in a direction and hold the mouse button down to make your character move in that direction as long as you hold down the mouse button.

I don't need pathfinding to live, but it would be nice to not have to click a million times while riding a wagon. Optional arrow key movement might also be nice.
