A Village Politics Board

Most PvP MMO's have them, I think we'll need one too if we see any large growth with the map reset.

Simple concept, a sub-forum to allow discussions about village relations and drama, to allow villages to have recruitment threads, for villages to leave each other messages, for declarations of war.

Pretty please?
