We should be able to mash up herbs to make a Potpourri, it would be a building, like a small pot, and would decay wherever it is within 1 hour, however, if you are near the potpourri, it will give you "the smell of the herbs" buff, boosting psyche and LP gain while you are within 10 tiles of it. That is all.
