chars who wont to fight

i play this game with my girlfriend. she use to make bread and stuff like this for our village.
she now got all usefull skills. (swordmanship and stuff like that she wont learn cuz she want fight).

maybe there should be a way to use learning points for players like this. for her its also not SO usefull to spend lp in skill value.
maybe a skill value like farming ?
the higher there less u lose stamina by farming or something like that ?
