Pepper drupes. WHY?

If i can put fresh peppercorns in seedbag, why i can`t do the same with dried pepper drupes?

I need to have it separate for cooking.
Or it will be great to take drupes from mill

yeah it's a real pain to make any recipe requiring dried pepper drupes, allowing them to be removed from a mill or stored in a seedbag would be great
