Chipping Stone Cutoff?

Postby Wwariorr10 » Sat Jan 15, 2011 1:09 pm

So, I was going to make my groups first well today, so we got everything else needed, except the stones.
I emptied my inventory, and started to chip stoned from a boulder.
Now, chipping isn't the fastest thing you can do in the hearthlands, so I want to read this forum, when I came back, my inventory was full of stone, but I had 1% stamina, and had no flask to drink from.
So, I had to wait there until I got up to 10 percent stamina so I could crawl away.

I am proposing that it will cut of chipping stones after you get to a certain percentage of stamina, much like it does with other tasks. "You are too tired to ___"

Yes? No?

Yes. I see no reason why it should work the way it currently does.

Could've sworn it already did that.

And it only takes 5% Stamina to crawl.

Perhaps if it used the walk setting to determine the cut off, A strenuous activity is stopped when further stamina loss would disable the current movement setting. So if you did want to chip till you drop you could set your speed to crawl and it would stop at 5%

This is actually a bug and it has been reported several times. Gonna lock this if you don't mind, the devs should be well aware of the issue.
