With the added danger of world 4 bringing the ever-present threat of permadeath (jorb I think you should know what I'm talking about

), I was thinking that there should be a way for those who like to play as hermits (not members of villages) to not lose
EVERYTHING via a random death. One of my favorite things to do in this game is simply find a decent plot of land and then work on designing the layout of my fields and houses and working to grow my little one man village. While I've come to terms with the fact that death can destroy your character, it's kind of daunting to also lose control of a detailed and organized claim that you've also spent countless hours on. Right now I've found a perfect little area with good soil and water and a cave nearby. If I died, grinding another character up wouldn't be that much of a deal to me, but losing this area and all my work put into designing it would be.
I know you can already set permissions and have your own alts living freely on your claim, but what happens when the owner of the claim dies? The claim is then frozen, unable to be expanded ever (and my claim is already quite large, making a village revoke of it difficult). While I don't think that multiple characters should be able to control a claim at a single time (could lead to abuse by multiple characters all pumping in their own LP to expand the claim to epic size), I would like to see something done about passing on ownership of the claim to a specified user if the owner of the claim were to die.
As it stands now I'll probably just end up making a one man village and hope to be able to keep the authority up in order to maintain the claim, but it would be nice to see something implemented to protect the hermits of the world against the evergrowing threat of death.
