Confirmation for Declaim

There should be a confirmation message for declaiming land, if someone is modifying privileges or whatever they could easily click the declaim button by mistake which can be disastrous if you don't have a good supply of bone to build another stake.

iirc remote declaim has a confirmation, not sure why normal doesn't. it should.

irc is internet relay chat, basically a type of chatroom. the #haven channel is on irc.synirc.net

iirc is shorthand for if i remember correctly
