realy unique items

for example: excalibur.
it is stuck in a stone on a place who everyone should know (near the startpos or something like that).

the first guy who reaches 200charisma can pull it out from the stone. (only work with afte a complet reset).

if u act with excalibur offensiv against innocent people it works like a normal militia sword.
but if someone attack you and u have to defense it becomes the more stronger the more scents (murder, theft and so on) the attacker produces in his life.
something like that^^

sounds nice, but i think it is too much work for a single item. Working instead on i.e. combat skill balancing would benefit 1k instead of 1 Player.

Maybe in 2 3 Month when the basics are done implementing some rare items would be fine.
