ok right now pvp is unbalenced..... strong pray on the weak with little to no consiquince
so this should fix it and make people think twice b4 killing someone for no reason
ok lets run a senario

u start a guy and u run around getting good... get murder and kill whole villages of noobs.... u get killed..... and then what...... u get 25% or so of ur stats.... and u do it agean.....
....
thats how it is now.....
but after implementing a kill count....
u do the thing above till u die...... ur hearth fire dissapears and so does ur claim.... 1/2 the stuff at ur old base gets wreaked by damage.... and u get 0% of ur stats back......

u might ask... why?
well lets say this if u kill 10 people that are NOT on your claim then u get a kill count (per person) and after u hit 10 ur known as a Murderer (shows a skull above ur char)
