Improve Performance

Hello guys

I know Java isn't the fastes Programming language that exist but I realy have a problem. I got a tiny PC with a Dual Core CPU and Windows 7. Yes it is a low end CPU and a Low end GPU. But games like WoW and League of Legends works without any issues. Sure they are no high end grafic games but they work. Now I have installed Java ( the newest version ) and this game here. No Problems so far BUT: I have got grafical laags ( I dont mean the normal laags ) and always a CPU use of 100%. I dont think that this is a Problem of my PC. Now I wanna know:

Is there any way to imporve the performance without upgrading my CPU? Are all Java-programmed software that slow? Or is that game just bad programmed?

Any plans to jump down from Java? Cause atm it is realy hard to play.

I would enjoy if there is any help for me or even for that game.

I think a stand alone game ( maybe written in C++ or C# ) would run with the same grafical options 1000% faster. Maybe that could be possible in the future.

Even a C++ or C# programm could run under all OS that are exsisting.

i have the same problem, but seems to be fixed by fullscreen, but i will be really happy if i could play non fullscreen so if the devs make a stan alone program would be great
