DF-Style Eternal Voting?

Who else would like an automated system that would allow you to select a top five set of suggestions and correlate that with other votes into a master list?
Perhaps with a back-end that would allow The Devs to check off completed items or veto ones they aren't interested in?
Surprise.

Edit: Ignore my posts, I misread the first post and was thinking this topic was about something different, for some stupid reason.

You could always carve runestones or use parchments in different areas/chests with different tasks that have to be done, and when someone does it they move it to the unneeded portion, and the leaders put it back in the needed pile when it is needed again.

Interesting... but I was actually thinking a bit more meta, here.

A tool for tracking suggestions for features to be added to the game, rather than for things to do in the game.
Surprise.

Don't forget who controls the majority.

A bulletin board would be cool if it was implemented. It could display the tasks that need to be done. It also could have wanted posters and such.

Perhaps I'm not being clear. What I'm thinking of is a really simple site where you can propose a suggestion, such as "Add Boats." Then others could visit the site and say the equivalent of "Aw Snap! I gotta get me some boats, yo!" and vote for that suggestion. Jorb or Loftar would then be able to go to this site and say the Swedish equivalent of "Yo dawgs, I hear dat," and start implementing Boats into the game.
Surprise.

I think we (at least I) know what your saying, though I believe the devs want as few meta game things as possible, and more so having players use what they have and making it happen. It's more fun, realistic, and easier for the devs that way.

Edit: Hindsight makes this post funny.

No No, I think what we really need, is some sort of web page on the internet, where you can like, sign up using your in game account details, and leave J&L messages about what you think should change in the game... Actually, maybe those messages should also be visible to other people, oh and people should be able to leave comments under your message, yeah you could have full blown conversations happen in there...

It'd be just like those greek things where people all got together to discuss things, you know what I'm talking about? Like an assembly of people all interested in discussing a single/similar set of issues... I think they used to have a fancy greek word for it too (unless it was roman)
