Time of crime

I think it'd be neat if we could spend a single scent use to determine the exact time the clue was left. It would be useful for working out details of a multiple-scent crime. But even better is that it would help resolve legal conflict between players, for example by determining who stole first when two players steal from each other (original theft and retrieval).

It would be even better if its accuracy was linked to an exploration vs stealth comparison. The reading would range from totally and completely wrong (it might have happened today, maybe yesterday, or it might happen tomorrow!), to perfectly accurate.

It would be nice, if you leave fewer Scents, when you steal at night... :)
