Hemp as a curio booster?

Well I was thinking after having made this post:

What if in smoking hemp, you get a bonus to curio study? I was thinking it would be an added feature of the "in a fog" buff you get when you smoke the hemp. the problem is, the effect would wear off before you curios were done. maybe only a small bonus equal to the amount of time you spent with the buff going? Discuss, lets thrash this idea out a bit, it seems interesting to me. How could it not be exploited? how could it be exploited. how else could it work. Im pretty tired, so when Ive had a little more sleep, I may elaborate more later, for now though, my mind isn't working quite right, but I thought I would post the idea anyway for something for you guys to think about.

Did you smoke a hemp?
Hemp already gives bonus to FEP. The feature should be given to tea, as far as it current bonus - +% to learning is nullified.

Isn't that what Tea is for, though? Tea boosts your Learning Ability. Being a noob, I have no firsthand experience, and would not know how long the "Warmth of Tea" buff lasts, but... Just laying it out there.

Besides, why would hemp boost your Learning Ability? I'd give you a boost in "creativity," perhaps, but that has no use in-game.

I think the "munchies" it gives you right now is just fine.

Currently tea bonus is hard to use. With 10q tea you get "Warmth of Tea" buff which gives you +1% at the start slowly increasing to about +10% at the end of bonus. No use with curiosities as you hard to predict when the curiosity will be learned. Also often curiosities are learned while you off.
But I'm sure if you change tea bonus so it would instead speed up studing or some other way, curiosity stading bots will be improved with ability to drink tea all the day. So I would prefere tea as it is.
