A short tutorial.

I know, been requested, but with the new map, and with a probably influx of players, a short tutorial in the creation room would be nice. Also, a form of permanent signs (that are able to be passed through so problems with walls don't arise.) I think those would help direct new players to towns, such as the one being built just outside of brodgar.
