Just make boats do awesome jumps over land.

Alternatively do that, and yes let them go in boats, you gain the utility of carrying it on land but lose a slot.

but you can only lift the boat tow while its empty
otherwise you could just put a boat in a tow in a boat in a tow..... etc
remember how boats used to be able to go straight into boats? itd be kinda like that, but more annoying xD

The tow shouldn't house the boat in that way, but the boat should go on it like raft pieces go into each other.

oh, thats kool, as long as it doesnt have the disappearing raft bug sure
