Update the website

Postby Omnipotent » Sat Sep 12, 2009 4:24 pm

I personally think the website is very out of date and needs to be updated. For example, the home page, about page, media page, and the How-To. They're outdated and some people are getting the wrong ideas. I have personally invited ~10 people and a few of them were reluctant to play it after watching the opening videos and etc:

I can see that the To-Do list on the about page needs to updated, but I must admit that I don't really see what you mean by the other things.
The video, while dated, doesn't really show anything which isn't true anymore, or am I wrong?
Many of the screenshots are a bit old, but they are timestamped as such, and I'm a bit too nostalgic to delete them. :)
The How-To, too, is still accurate, unless I'm missing something.

You could of course, always service on the community on making an up to date H&H video, and build in a easier screenshot feature - preferred with something that removes the UI for this.
