civilisation belief should buf dex

given that dex seems to be important for many of the crafting skills, maybe instead of buffing two COMPLETELY USELESS stats you could buff dex and maybe psyche?

That or make int and cha worth while

Maybe more charisma/int based actions too.
Have int tied into crafting when making something that involves basic mechanics or locks&bolts.
Though this means that hunters wouldn't be able to process the goods they bring in by themselves, which encourages group play.

That was basically what I was thinking of with this suggestion.
If the barbarism / civilisation slider made it easier to participate in combat but harder to produce quality armor & weapons or vice versa then you'd really start to get people choosing between combat or production.

Honestly, I cannot see why everyone seems to want this. I like having a choice of activities I can do when I play.

Then keep your slider in the middle and allow us specialists to outclass you with our awesome OCDness!

Psyche seems like it will be a magic-related skill as we already have intelligence. As such, it make sense to have a new slider that reflects Physical-Mental (AGI/DEX vs INT/PSY) balance. Of course, INT stacking with Civ bonus here might sem a bit OP if INT ever gets use but as CIv is currently UP then this might be considered a sort of balance in and of itself depending on how the game compensate for UP Civ Value.
