A stupid idea involving frogs

Well, we have frogs in this game. As now, they do nothing.
And there is this urban myth involving them.
Maybe, if you catch one, a "lick" action could be provided for strange (and probably useless) effects. Or you could do a drug "using" a frog and some other items.
