Pop-Out Menus

It would be nice to be able to pop-out menus such as crafting into a little menu like the inventory menu.

Would enable us to chat while crafting without clicking back and fourth!

That would be handy. I might try to emulate that sort of effect in my client when I get around to menus, which is either next or after minimaps, it'd certainly be easier than minimaps (so many coordinate transforms my head hurts
