Greater/Lesser runestones

We have rune stones. they do their jobs fairly well, leaving short messages and all is nice, or making graveyards. but how bout something we can also write lots of stuff on. say a lesser and a greater rune stone? the lesser would be the same as the ones we have now. a limit of 100 characters on the stone. the greater on the other hand would have something like a 500 character limit. why is this a good thing? well it isn't really a gigantic leap in gameplay, its not useful in any practical sense, but wouldn't it be nice to have rune stones with nice, short, dwarf fortress like messages on them? you know, engravings that are described to be on the stone? Im sure some of you DF players know what im getting at. for writing something like:

You see a well crafted image of Brodich and Italians in stone. The Italians are surrounding Brodich. this image relates to the founding of Gulgatha by Brodich and Xtam the returned in w4.
or
You see a masterful image of Brodich and a porcelain doll in stone. Brodich is holding up the porcelain doll. this image relates to the crafting of Jolene the porcelain doll by Brodich of Gulgatha in w5.

I think it would be cool to be traveling along and find a village that wrote out its history or just some silly short stories or long messages on Large rune stones out where people could see them with less smaller rune stones clogging up the walkways.
