How to balance rampant Criminal acts.

Simply have a system where when you commit a crime it deducts a value for that from the total of the skill's LP. with a cool-down on relearning any criminal skill. A lot of people will probably not like this but the current system seems ridiculously favoring criminal acts. I want to NOT have my stuff stolen because someone has spent every waking moment on this game optimizing their ability to be jerks. I feel that all criminal acts should have more weight basically.

THERE IS NO WAY TO JUDGE MORALS IN THIS GAME. ONE CRIMINAL ACT MAY BE ANOTHER'S JUSTICE SYSTEM. QUIT SUGGESTING WAYS TO POLICE ACTIVITY THAT HAS NO WAY OF BEING ENFORCED IN GAME.

Another one of these goddamn posts? People with only two posts total have no business making these kinds of suggestions. Try to learn a bit about the mechanics and the philosophy of the game before you think you know what is better.
