Simply have a system where when you commit a crime it deducts a value for that from the total of the skill's LP. with a cool-down on relearning any criminal skill. A lot of people will probably not like this but the current system seems ridiculously favoring criminal acts. I want to NOT have my stuff stolen because someone has spent every waking moment on this game optimizing their ability to be jerks. I feel that all criminal acts should have more weight basically.
