I kept my distance and had two bears already chase me. I lucky ran into my house both times.

I still think animals shouldn't kill players, only harm them. With leeches, the player can always remove them. With a thorn in the foot, you start with shoes. Yet, players shouldn't have the risk of dying from animals that just randomly spawn or are found out in the open. It causes pointless and unrealistic deaths. If an animal should kill a player, it has to be extremely rare.

Go stand near a bear, see how many times you survive. Unrealistic my ass.... Maybe just admit that this isn't the game for you?

I had an alt annoy a boar like 5 times before it actually killed the alt.

And turn off trees and rocks.
