Barrels in Boats, Different Fish.

Postby Neyvn » Sun Oct 11, 2009 3:13 am

Now that we have boats, we can fish and collect water from the lakes and rivers around the world.

What I would love to see is different fish other then the basic Perch in the middle of Lakes and such, cause while Perch is mainly a river fish, last time I checked (which is a while back mind you) they don't like deep (deep) water. The middle of a Lake is a greatly different Ecology then that of a river, so different fish should be found there...

The other thing is, is that you can collect water from the middle of the river/lake, I have found a point which is Ten higher then that that is at the shore, but I have to keep coming back to shore to fill the barrels. Barrels should be able to be filled despite being on a boat.

Water QL should be constant.

It's rather bad and degenerative if it's varied in different sections of the same body of water. Degenerative meaning players start suggesting being able to get in a boat and sail to the center of a lake to gather water from there (which is completely ridiculous.)

It should be evenly distributed relative to the direction the water flows, not constant.

The water flows don't have a direction.

I was in the boundary waters on a canoe trip this past summer, and we went out to the middle of the lake to collect the water going into the water filter because apparently it tasted better than water gathered at the shore.
