Claim free places

There needs to be places that cant be claimed but have apple trees or something next to the home place

Specific reasons, please? this is just a dumb idea as you are supposed to be able to live anywhere you want...

He's saying that there needs to be free starting area stuff near the RoB, because if you've been anywhere near there then you'll know that it's a post-poctaliptic wasteland out there. What is still there is claimed, like in the GEA. What we need, then, is a large neutral zone that is full of trees and other resources that can't be permanently destroyed, just collected from, and can't be claimed. I support that.

A single unchoppable apple tree at RoB would do.

Seriously though, what's more likely (and more reasonable) is to demolish the RoB and work out some better, less centralised way of spawning new players.

Maybe match up player level to civilisation, maybe let villages build their own RoB's, or maybe just spit them out in the middle of the uncaring wilderness naked, scared hungry and with no clogs.
