Currently, apple trees have no point. Why have an apple tree when you can get a mulberry tree? Mulberry trees are used in silk production, grow faster, and don't have cores you must get rid of.
So, we should give apple trees a point. Why not apple juice? Apples + Wine press = Wine press filled with apple juice. Each apple would produce .5 liters of juice, and it can be put into buckets & barrels. Apple juice replenishes a small amount of stamina (1/4th that of water) and also gives 15 hunger points, and the possibility of an FEP point(What type, I don't know.).
Why not?

Forgot about apple pie. Still, I think applejuice would be a pretty nice addition. It would be nice to have a flask filled with apple juice rather than plain ol' water or tea.
