Gypsyware: Tents, Survival Packs, and more!

The idea of wandering around and never settling is not very applicable in H&H. Here are some ideas that should bolster it. Yes, I don't care if settling is better. I am just saying it should not be the only way of life.

Boat/Cart Claims
A boat or cart could be claimed by crafting either a boat claim or cart claim in the crafting menu.
It would make it so that the owner of the claim could only interact with the cart or boat, or his/her kin if he so chooses. Is an item that is stored in the inventory, 2 by 3 units large. To use on a boat/cart you would place it in a container inside your vehicle.

Requires:
1 Board
10 Branches
1 Yarn
4 Bone material

Tent
A tent is a cabin and a claim mixed together. Would be built under the build menu. It has a built in 7 by 7 claim, but it can not be set up within 30 squares of the edge of another claim, to prevent griefing. The tent could be lifted, or when right clicked it turns in to a collapsed tent, 3 by 4 units large. Could be stored in a survival pack. Fires on a tent claim last twice as long, and cook 1.5 times as fast.

Requires:
10 Linen
10 Branches
2 Yarn

Survival Pack
A survival pack is not equipped, but one uses the lift command on it to wear it. Looks like a large backpack. It has 4 slots inside like a cart, but only certain items can be put inside. These items are Collapsed Tents, Straw Beds, and a few others. You can't put logs or cheese racks or something silly like that inside, sorry. To take it off you right click on your character and click drop pack. When worn you consume 1.1 as much stamina, and you can't sprint, but that is all.

Requires:
1 Dried Hide
2 Branches
1 Linen

Poisonweed
Poisonweeed is a new herb that can be applied like guaze, but it doesn't need to be equipped, it is a one time use thing. It comes up as a status effect that lasts 1 hour. They are fairly common, and only require 15 perception and 10 exploration to see. They make animals with levels equal to the Poisonweed's quality/10 rounded down not aggressive, but have the downside of killing leeches and draining SHP at the rate of a leech.

Makeshift Cloth
Makeshift cloth can be woven using tall grass, a new herblike object a bit more common than chantelles. With 5 tall grass you can make 1 makeshift cloth, which acts the same as linen, but can't be used for banners or other common uses of linen.

Requires:
5 Tall Grass
2 Branches(not consumed, only used to weave it with)

Covered Wagon
Just add 20 linen to a cart and your set! These work like boats, you ride in them, and they never go below walkspeed, because they are pulled by bulls! To get a bull all you have to do is _______! (To be decided by Jorb and lofatar when animal domestication is made.)

Requires:
1 Cart
20 Linen

Tents giving a 7x7 claim for such a low price seems a bit too easy in my opinion. Maybe a claim the size of the tent +2 squares on all sides?

Yea, that seems better. The claim is temporary though, just to keep people out of your tent, away from your fire and other things.

Oh yes!
And we need fords!

And you should be able to use the wagons as a makeshift boat! Of course the wagons take damage on water, and when they're destroyed you have to swim!
