Adjustable camera dead zone

From what I can tell the camera currently has a dead zone within which any hearthling movement does not move the camera. My suggestion is that you replace the current method with four different pre-set dead zone sizes.
  1. Centered
  2. 25% ?
  3. 50% ?
  4. Current
Or something similar, these options could be selectable in a similar fashion to how you currently select walking speeds.

On a similar note I think shortcut keys for both the walking speeds and the dead zone sizes would be appropriate and if you go with the ctrl+1-4 for walking speeds then 5-6 might work for dead zone sizes.

I think this would be a happy medium between finding things too hard to click while moving that a centred camera would cause and having it how things are now where I feel like my character has eyes in the back of his head but can't see what's in front of his nose.

I'm thinking of making it possible to select one of the several different camera modes that we've invented so far; it would be quite great just if people could tell what they think about them. As I've written elsewhere, the current camera control is certainly less than optimal; it's just the best I've managed to do so far.

Just in case you didn't know, though; you can not only drag the camera around by holding the mouse wheel and dragging, but also re-center the camera by just clicking the mouse wheel once on the spot you want to center. I usually walk by alternating left- and wheel-clicking to see far ahead.
