Help curb deforestation, Chop tree lp

Help curb deforestation by completely eliminating any LP gain from chopping down a tree. Put a slight lp bump into board and block making to compensate (or not).

I didn't. But after monitoring the IRC for a time, I now think some of it might be. Either way, a player should not benefit to deforest an area. If they want to do it for the lulz and the griefing fine, but no LP gain imo.

I think deforested areas should turn into plains or mudflats. However slightly deforested areas should regrow trees.
