Jorb could make it so there is a quest file so we can have diffrent quests and get payed in Learning points :)
The Lord of sneaking, the silent steps of paws, fast as a bird, and as smart as a advanced human... this is what a Fox is and what it will always be.

it would give us some thing to do besides wait in a base all day.

Quests would lean towards arbitrary actions for the sake of earning learning points, much akin to the old lp system which was abandoned for this very reason. If you need a reason to leave your home, just look for curios and the like. It is a huge detriment to you to sit in your base stagnant.
