Village Incentive

It might be cool if we had a way to reward our villagers for completing certain village tasks. for instance, we have a large number of logs that need to be collected from around the village. Getting the logs and bringing them back to the village center awards no LP but it's a job that would help us out. If the chieftain or lawspeaker were able to award a villager with LP at the cost of Authority Points it would be a nice incentive for people to do the little tasks like that.

I can see how this may be seriously exploited to an extent, so instead of LP perhaps there could be some other way that a village leader could provide incentive at their discretion. Just something to make contributing to the overall progress of a village appealing.

Distrobution of community resources? I appraise my villagers work and reward them accordingly with equipment, upgrades, etc. based on their contributions. I try to make sure I give them more than they would be paying for the stuff if they were independant. I'm a little behind on rewarding some of my constituents though.
