After a Hearthling got his Personal Beliefs to his liking ( Full Nature/Industry etc.) you should have the option to add the remaining Personal Belief slide to a specific LA ability. This LA Ability will raise your LA by 0.1% (For example). To reduce the OPness of this it should be capped at point (Ex. 50% LA).

This idea would take away the lack of Personal Belief slides you use now if you got to Full nature/industry etc.

All you've done is required me to afk (but still be logged in) for about 4 months straight in order to be on par with everyone.

I believe the sentiment going around is that we need less learning adjustment. If things were kept closer to 100% flat the game would be more enjoyable. =)

I think the current bonus' are quite fine. Anything more and you only make it a much heavier skill race and diminish the quest of jewelry to help.
