All the trees are claimed, traspassing should be lowered

So it was a while since my last time in the game and all I found is that my trees are gone. I walked for an hour without find a single free tree. Everything is claimed, also there are claims so bigger near some invalicable terrain that it's even impossible to go on...
And I tried to feed on bunnies but they can magically cross walls that I can't even approach.

For a noob it's impossible to play the game like this.
There are even small claims with nothing but trees inside!

So, I think that the traspassing and stealing skills should be lowered - a lot. Or maybe trees should regrown (in non-claimed area) and it should be impossible to claim areas near invalicable terrain.

Sounds like you are in the Ring of Brodgar area. If you head out to the east/northeast you will be able to find your way out of the mess of claims and find open land. Also, here's a little trick for catching rabbits: Stand as close as possible to them as if you were standing right on top of them, then right click them. If you have the Hunting skill and 2x2 inventory space you will catch it and it goes in your inventory. Then all that's left to do is wring its poor little fuzzy neck and butcher it.

If trespassing and stealing are lowered that could really fuck with the game. But yeah if you head out northeast there's a shitload of trees up there.
