Well, the idea is villages should be able to build an sort of unique treasure that would resprent the village. It might have only cosmetic features or it could be figure of power, as in the more bigger (or somehow else more powerful looking) the more powerful is the village (it might depend of amount/quality of stuff inside village, or the amount of buildings inside village or the strenght/number of people in village, but all would be easy to abuse).
So... it could be just a bragging right, shoving that people shouldnt even think of coming to steal from the village, or the worse idea i have that it makes village members stronger in the villages area (the stronger the bigger statue)
I also tried formulate idea about what happens if somebody else except village member breaks the treasure, and only thing i managed think was a sort of debuff for members of village ( sort of breaking villagers self confidense makes them weaker). That would make it too much griefable, so i thought the treasures "structual" strenght should be about strengh of village idol+ 1/5 times the strenght of town members.
If the idol is STILL broken after that, the ways to mend the debuff away are either forge the old idol back into its original shape, forge new one, or just mourn and forget it (last 1-2 real week, might come back when some heartlings are drunk, remembering good old times)
The part of making it unique is still difficult, and just to confirm: in this idea i think village treasure as a carriable item.
So.... Does even this suggestion have too much griefing potential, which leads it being bad one... and if yes, can you elaborate
