Combat Healing and Supporting

Second Wind
Costs x Numen Points
Restores select party member's soft HP, amount restored equals (your constitution)+(their constitution). Cannot exceed their current hard HP.

Rallying Speech
Costs x Numen Points
All party members receive 20 defense bar and receive a temporary boost to reflective armor class equal to your charisma. When damage taken exceeds real armor class, bonus armor class is reduced by the remaining damage. (So if I have 1500+300 (+temp) armor class, and I take 1600 damage from a sting, I now only have 1500+200). If the ability is used multiple times, the temp AC does not stack. A higher value will replace the previous one. The bonus AC cannot exceed their current hard HP.

Taunting Presence
Costs x Numen Points
The next attack used on a party member is redirected to you with 2x normal weight. Health damage sustained goes directly to hard HP.

Adds some variety to, and encourages team combat, as well as giving a meaningful choice to Tradition/Change and Death/Life.

I see a possible flaw, they can stack 500 numen points and spam the heal in battle

Honestly I don't agree with ''quick healing''. When someone takes a deep stab to chest it shouldn't be healed instantly nor quickly.

I'd rather see some leadership moves that are actually worth a damn then heals and buffs personally.

(Restores x*sqrt(your charisma/their charisma) defense at the cost of 2 coins to the user or something as an example).
