A few suggestions

Jam
It would be nice if you could make jam (or jelly as the americans call it) from berries and fruits, such as grape, mulberry, apple, etc.
You could grow sugar cane as well to make sugar, which could be used in making cakes and pies as a optional ingredient to raise the quality.

Wood/Bone meat grinder
We now have a clay cauldron which is handy for new players who are not able to buy metal or find a mine so there should also be
a low quality meat grinder.

Fish bones
At the moment all fish provide only meat, some fish should however produce bone as well.

Oil lamps
Oil would be another good resource that could be obtained from melting animal fat or pressing olives.
This could then be used in oil lamps or a number of other things.

Coffee
We already can grow and make tea, so where is the coffee ?

Interactive Tutorial
When I first played HnH I was rather lost, it also does not help that RoB is a dump, some kind of optional interactive tutorial
for new players would be good.

Ingame manual
So we don't have to keep checking the wiki every time we don't know what something is.
