Rafts

basically, a small platform attached on rope that goes across river, the platform is MOST of time on 1 side of river, so it wont be in way of boats at any time, and the rope can be just left invisible, or said that its kept on set line by magic.

requipments to build: 4 board, string, 4 blocks of wood on both sides of river

I'd expect it to cost more than that... though I like the idea.
A ferry like this certainly would have some advantages over a boat; for one, it would be a permanent emplacement that couldn't be stolen.
Surprise.

well, that can be fixed with a "magical" hearth button on poles, that calls the raft to the side of river where the button is pressed

Or you could just have the rope be used to pull the raft back across, no magic involved.

The advantage of these ferries is that they act like bridges while being unable to block waterways and also unable to be stolen.
Surprise.
