I'm tired of trying to plant on squares that appear plowed, but aren't.
You seem to be able to force a tile state update by plowing a tile in the vicinity.
Suggestion:
1. Attempting to do something not allowed on a tile (like planting on non-plowed land) should force an update of the tile to its true state.
OR
2. Fix the underlying issue that causes the user's client to be out of sync with the actual tile states.
