Aging characters

It'd be interesting if character looks changed with age.
For example, each real life month, the toon would get a new face trait.
First month he could grow a brown beard, the second his hair could go from brown to black, the third from black to grey, and so on.

I like the idea as long as it doesn't come with stat changes and the like. Perhaps there could be ways to change these features back or otherwise cosmetically change them, such as with hair dye and trimming scissors and such.

I'm not completely sure about ageing, though I have thought about it, but I would love to be able to change features about my char, such as hair, beards and customize clothing with dyes.
I've always particularly had an issue with the females hair style in this game, lol, it's dreadful!

The problem I have with ageing is that if you are going for realism this would include a slowing down of the char and eventualy death. It reminds me of the sims, lol, I always used the genie and the green liquid to keep them fresh and young.

+1 on aging and char customization.
Could be nice to have customizable beards, hair styles, dyes for clothes. Maybe puffed up physique for anyone with high str :P
This could also fit nicely the game mechanics with hairdressing salons and such.

That sounds more complex but it could add some fun too! Imagine old players crafting inks and fake beards in order to look young (and not lose their "youth bonus")

It would flatten out permadeath into something everyone had to deal with frequently, rather than the current system. Making "ancestors/family" more explicit and tying it into aging would be neat too. Along with seasons.

H&H, for a game that ate up so much of my time, generally lacks a sense of time.

What a nasty Pandora's box you would be opening by taking the game there. Haven is hardly the Sims in safety and cuteness. I don't think its a wise request. Sorry but no.
