Mine Tracks and Mine Carts

Mine Tracks to place down in your mine to go through it faster and mine cart to put metals,nuggets, and ore in and then send back to the smelters for some one to smelt.
Track: 2 tiles long 1 tile wide: 2 iron bars and 4 wood blocks to make
Mine Cart: 6 Iron bars and 2 wood blocks

How about just let us pave mined out tiles, and easier paving of cave tiles? Including bricks. Also in a similar subject, the whole can't pave near water BS, isn't there a way to prevent structure construction near water without having to make the limitation on paving?
