UI: Item Stacking

This post is made with the improved mouseclicks in mind: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=3495

• To form a stack, LEFTCLICK + LEFTCLICK or LEFTCLICK + DRAG similar items on top of each other.
• Visible quality level becomes ??? or XXX.
• New ALT + RIGHTCLICK menu options appear - Open Stack, Take Best, Take Worst, Break Stack.
• RIGHTCLICK item remains set to default use.
• "Open Stack" treats the stack as a container. Similar items can be transferred in and out of the stack in the manner of any other container.
