Check your system clock in BIOS. Check that it puts out UTC directly and is the correct time. Then check your OS clock and ensure that it expects UTC and that your time zone and DST (if any) are correct. Lastly, if these do not work, instruct your system to fetch the time from a time server.

^^ this - maybe you need to put in a new battery (CR2032) on your board because the one you have now is having too low volts to keep bios informations like date and time

Also do a virus scan (best with a live CD - ISOs are offered by different Antivirus manufacturers like Avira, Kapersky etc. - you'll need to burn them on CD with i.e. ImgBurn and boot your PC from it) - some (older) virii change the date of your computer
