Choice cuts

When you cut up a cow with the "butcher" skill, you should get different cuts of meat. You would have prime rib, rump, all sorts. The better cuts will have better quality, exept in sausages. Just to give the bad cuts a use. Butchering is toggleable, in case you just want average meat.

This is a good idea, however, we need to let the devs create other foods first, more recipes, more food to choose from, etc.

This would needlessly complicate things at the moment.
