Using lift action on a cart/wagon/boat

Using lift action on a vessel should take a liftable object out of the vessel, that's all.

With carts and wagons, yes, I agree, but not on boats as we do need to lift them independently of what's inside.

It's three clicks instead of a keyboard button + 1 click.
