I have always supported expanding herbalism and medical knowledge skills. The conditions and ailments however maybe test one at a time. You add to much untested at once you toss in to many unknowns and invite abuse. Cosmetic items are easier as they only impact appearance and minor things. Overall I do support an expansion just not so much so fast. :)

I would love to see new plants to forage that serves alchimist/medical purpose with some little temporary buffs/cure diseases.
That would be soooo awesome !

That doesn't seem a bad idea, except the inevitable death of rabies. I don't find a reason to include such disease.
