The devs have stated that it is unlikely there will be another world after this one. If this one dies, that's it, there will be no more Haven. They have also stated that they are interested in retiring Haven before it has a chance to fully kick the bucket so that it has a good death instead of drawn out, meaningless one.

So no, there is no date for world 8 and there are no plans for it. The devs are focusing all of their attention and energy on Hafen.
