Would be great if hafen will have public town where you can trade and blah blah blah..........

Wrong subforum buddy.
Also having a public town would be pointless if there is no travel feature.

also they would add teleport...........

also ya never know if your trader could kill you in haven or hafen

Teleportation will be kept to formal roads and returning to your hearth.

That is also correct, you never know if the person you're trading with will kill and/or rob you. That is an intended consequence of trade in Haven/Hafen.
