Water/Canteens.

I was thinking this would be useful for restoring stamina/a basic nescessity. It could be used 10 times before having to fill it up at a lake or well.
A water level could go either where happiness is, or the karma depending on what they take out.
I'd suggest, say 6 bubbles that slowly empty as you walk.
Being in desert would increase this.
One drink could restore 5 stamina, but you cant drink more than the 6 bubbles full of water.

Hmm...

According to survival experts, one should find the necessities in the following order:

-Water
-Shelter
-Fire
-Food

That is because it takes more than a week to starve to death; and in many climates, you will freeze or cook before that without fire and shelter. But you can only make it a very short time without water; and before you even die you will be severely hampered.
Plus, it might lead to a good system for other drinks.

However, it should be automatic so long as you contain an "open" water cantine. That way you can carry closed ones (for instance, to brave dehydration to bring water to a friend), without having to [ctrl]-i, mousemove, rightclick, mousemove, click "drink", every 10 minutes.
Surprise.

I like that. People could at least have a little boost every ten minutes and wouldnt have to worry about having to wait 10 minutes for stamina.

I fixed your list to h&h standards :P
The ones who see things differently.

You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them.
And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.
