What about having a Village Member list in the government options area. Or add an option to the village claim that shows info and I can manage members from there. From this popup window I could kick and promote village members and it would list what role they have.

Role that allows/disallows villagers to vandalize and steal.

Also add an icon next to the names of people in my kin list who are also in my village.

Allow lawspeaker, chieftan and hirdsman to move hearthfires within the village.
