That video don't have any copyright.
(and the parody don't broke any copyright 'cuz the character design is "original", the animation don't steal any frame and..the..."Story" isn't so much accurate. It have at last the "Flame Idea Copyright" <--- isn't this the name XD...i'm not good with this stuff but i know for sure that if there will be some problem, will be only if I start the problem, so ther's no problem.)
